AT WHAT TIME WILL THE DJ ARRIVE TO SET UP THE EQUIPMENT
The mobile disco DJ usually arrives an hour before the wedding to set up the equipment. This is very convenient for the bride because it means the equipment will be strategically placed to blend appropriately with the venue layouts and displays.
The mobile disco DJ will have all your details for the wedding and be well prepared for everything, in advance, so you have nothing to worry about. If you request a DJ to be at your wedding hours before it starts it will end up costing you overtime charges and is totally unnecessary. The good news is that the mobile disco DJ arrives and leaves with the equipment he sets up. This means there is no confusion about who is playing and no mobile disco equipment is left unattended.
Starry Night will not set up specialised equipment hours before a function starts, nor do they leave the equipment behind after the function is over. This is because our equipment is extremely valuable and because many venues do not like equipment cluttering their floor space when they need the area for another function. Also equipment left lying around presents a risk of being either damaged or stolen which is not something any bride, groom or venue wants to have on their conscience.
